Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:
 - None


Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 13 DEC 2022 meetings were reviewed. Randy Wolff moved to 
approve the minutes. Weston Beal seconded. Without objection the minutes were 
approved.


Call for opens:
 - None


AR review:
 - Bob will follow up with Atul regarding the DLL platform problem.
   no response yet
 - Randy will meet with Graham Kus regarding updating the ibischk users guide.
   no response yet
   action transferred to Bob


New ARs:
 - Bob will email Graham Kus about generating additional executables of 
   ibischk and also working with Mike LaBonte to update the users guide.


Discussion:
a.	IBISCHK711 Executable Upload Progress – updated ibischk7 folder (need some 
    items)
    The folder is available and visible on the web site. Bob will work with 
	Graham to get the additional executables created and uploaded.
b.	BUG227 – Root Name check (action deferred until work starts on IBIS 
    Version 7.2)
    This bug fix will be part of the contract described in item (d).
c.	Pending BUG regarding Platform in AMI
    (ask Atul for advice)
    There is no development on this issue this week.
d.	New IBISCHK720 Parser Development Specification and Contract
    (work with Randy on this)
    Bob merged BUG227 with BIRD219.1 in the contract description. The group 
	reviewed the latest draft of the development contract. The descriptions of 
	BIRDs were deleted when they described EDA tool behavior and not something 
	that needs to be checked by the parser. The Required field of 
	PAM_Thresholds was enhanced to make the logic more clear. 
e.	Quality Specification and checklist power aware discussion
    (continuation)
	and DesignCon Summit presentation
    The focus of this work this month is to create a presentation for the 
	DesignCon IBIS summit meeting.
